SENIOR PPC-PMC MANAGER
We’re looking for an SENIOR PPC-PMC MANAGER to join our team.
Job Description:
- Manage factories capacity planning, performance and production schedules
- Coordinate production work orders and order allocations to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
- Work with factory to establish production schedules。
- Communicate and liaise with other dept for any production issues that impact to delivery
- Maintains reports to reflect schedules
- Manage and lead the PPC-PMC team
- Other works assigned by Executive board.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience as the same position in garment factory
- Good command in Chinese or English and computer proficiency
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments
- Good communication as well as detail-focused, result-oriented, hard-working
- Strong leadership skills in managing, training, and developing PPC-PMC team
- Strategic thinking, high accuracy, and strong sense of responsibility
SENIOR QA/QC MANAGER
We’re looking for an SENIOR QA/QC MANAGER to join our team.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Control quality at incoming, in-process, and outgoing stages
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and international standards
- Handle quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Manage and lead the QA/QC team
- Other works assigned by Executive board.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager or related position in a garment factory
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international standards
- Good command of English or Chinese and computer proficiency
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC systems
- Strong skills in problem analysis, root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions, and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership skills in managing, training, and developing QA/QC team
- Strategic thinking, high accuracy, and strong sense of responsibility
MERCHANDISING MANAGER
We’re looking for an MERCHANDISING MANAGER to join our team.
Job Description:
- Oversee merchandising team, coordinate with other departments and all suppliers assure all sampling development, production delivery on time.
- Collect cost information quote price to buyer and negotiate with supplier, delivery date confirms from both buyer and supplier.
- Efficiently manage merchandising process.
- Manage development process from concept to final production sample.
- Making sure all required production info (Garment Sketch, BOM, etc.) ready for production schedule.
- Manage and lead the Merchandising team
- Other works assigned by Executive board.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Over 5 years’ experience in Merchandising Manager
- Good command of English or Chinese and computer proficiency
- Service mind oriented, good at negotiating.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure and work against deadline.
- Strong leadership skills in managing, training, and developing Merchandising team
- Self-motivated, hardworking and highly responsible.
